Tessa quickly came to love the Property Management aspect of the Real Estate Industry. It allowed her the opportunity to connect with so many more people and help guide each person/family home. At each property, a commitment is made by team members to provide 5-star customer service experience through professionalism and leadership. This culture created the phrase, “the good life starts here”. No matter which property you may find yourself visiting or considering as your new home, the team is always dedicated to providing the finest customer service experience possible.

That love for Property Management quickly grew into more than Tessa could ever imagine! As of 2022 managing over 2500 units and almost $300 Million in assets, Kennedy & Company, LLC has had the opportunity to represent several multi-family properties through the Carolinas. With Charlotte as a home base, the opportunity to work with Afton Ridge Apartments in Concord and Steele Creek Rivergate Apartments is convenient and right in our backyard. The Charlotte area is one of the fastest growing areas to so many different industries and multi family proposed an opportunity for abundant growth and inevitable change for us.

As much as we loved working close to home, we were thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Gateway At Rock Hill Apartments in Rock Hill, SC and Haven Pointe At Carolina Forest Apartments in Myrtle Beach, SC as well.  Each property is beautiful! Hosting a variety of individual characteristics and are all conveniently located..By design, of course.. Successfully developing a devoted team and family environment at each location is, by far, the biggest amenity each property has to offer. Kennedy & Company has not only worked as an asset manager and property management company, but we’ve also worked closely with developers on important apartment home features and design amenities throughout each community, truly designing “the good life” experience for everyone!
