Originally, only being licensed in North Carolina, I immediately went to work with a top producer for Re/Max 1st Choice in Greensboro, NC. This was an excellent opportunity for me to gain the knowledge and training allowing me to excel early in my career. Unfortunately, not long after I became a Broker, the real estate market took a tragic turn for the worst. I was very fortunate to use my experience and marketing strengths to win a lead sales position with a local builder specializing in new construction home sales and condo renovations in downtown Greensboro.
In 2013 my career and life changed in so many ways! I stumbled into an opportunity that would give me so much knowledge in many other areas of real estate and a platform to help so many more people. I was offered a lead sales, marketing & property management position in Concord, NC with a multi family developer, Lucas Unlimited. After a few short years, I became the asset manager & head multi family sales consultant for over 2500 units & over $300 Million to date. In 2019, it was time to expand my business. I became a Real Estate Broker in South Carolina as well. Being duly licensed allows Kennedy & Company Real Estate to serve on a larger scale. We offer our clients professionalism, full service, and savings across the Carolinas!

On a Personal Note
There is only 1 thing I love more than helping people find their community and their home, that is my family! I am a mother to an amazing, beautiful, smart and SASSY little girl – who thinks she’s grown… I love spending time with her! Watching her grow into a strong willed young lady, who will do some pretty big things in life, has given me so much fulfillment & purpose. She teaches me much more than I could ever teach her.
We enjoy traveling, exploring, swimming, waterparks, gymnastics, dancing, board games, Justin Timberlake’s Sunshine In My Pocket, SHOPPING and anything where we can just be silly. It’s funny to me that she loves seeing new properties just as much as I do. She thinks the multi-family communities (mainly the amenities) we manage are hers and requests a pink desk at each, Geesh!
When I have any free time to myself, which is very rare these days, you may find me dining anywhere with exceptionally good food and a great wine list! I love live music and dancing. I also have found peace in a quiet night at home with Doordash from Spice Asian Kitchen in Kingsley Town Center. My mornings typically start early with a good cup of coffee, reading a little, and finding things I am thankful for. I have recently taken an interest in getting healthy again. I enjoy a good, harsh morning workout after my coffee, of course.
Moving from Concord, NC to Rock Hill in 2015, I knew I was where I wanted to be and the community I wanted to be a part of. In June of 2020, I purchased a home for myself and my daughter in Fort Mill, SC as I knew this is where I wanted us to “put down our roots”! Since making Fort Mill My home, I have helped other family members relocate here as well. I hope to help others do the same.
Fort Mill is my home and I love where I live! It would be a privilege to help you achieve the same… When we work together, we create a community, a network of friends and family for our friends and family.
